职位职责 Responsibilities

1. 根据订单接受物料并验收入库；
Receive parts based on the purchasing order;
2. 根据领料单发放物料；
Issue parts based on the list;
3. 确保物料定点存放，标识正确；
Make sure every part stored in the right position with correct label;
4. 执行每日循环盘点并将异常情况及时反馈给备件工程师；
Do daily cycle counting and report to the MRO engineer when abnormal things accur;
5. 每月与备件供应商进行往来对账；
Do account checking with spare part suppliers every month;
6. 归档相关单据并妥善保管；
Archive the related documents and keep them well;
7. 负责仓库的5S管理；
In charge of the 5S management for the MRO warehouse;
8. 完成其他备件工程师分配的工作。
Finish other work the MRO engineer assigns.

职位要求 Qualifications Requirement

1. 要求大专或以上学历，主修物流、机械、电气或其他相关专业优先；
Technical secondary school degree or above, major in logistics, mechanical engineering, electrical science or other related subjects is preferred;
2. 能识别常用的零件及用途，并能看懂机械图纸；
Understanding of commonly used components and its purpose & mechanical drawings
3. 熟悉仓库收发存常规作业流程；
Familiar with the conventional operation procedures of warehouse;
4. 具备备品库存管理经验的人优先考虑，有ERP操作经验者优先考虑；
Spare parts Inventory management experience is preferred, ERP experience is preferred;
5. 熟练Excel操作；
Be familiar with Excel;
6. 很好的学习能力。
Good learning ability.
